In this action for a declaratory judgment the defendants are officers and members of Embalmers’ Federal Labor Union, Local 21301. The plaintiffs are Pfitzinger Mor*576tuary, Inc., and William H. Pfitzinger. As presented in this court the question for determination is the validity of one section of a proposed contract between the labor union and the plaintiff corporation, Pfitzinger Mortuary.
