Plaintiff filed her affidavit stating that on tbe twenty-third day of February, 1927, a decree was entered in this action ordering the defendant to pay to tbe plaintiff tbe sum of $150 per month as alimony; that thereafter, on October 23, 1932, tbe decree was modified by reducing tbe monthly payments to tbe sum of $100 per month; that this judgment was then in full force and effect, bad never been satisfied, and that there was due and unpaid on tbe judgment tbe sum of ■$1,400; that execution was issued on the judgment on May-16, 1933, directed to the sheriff…
