Pending before the Court is the Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs second amended complaint pursuant to Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The complaint alleges nine counts: (1) violation of §§ 703 and 704 of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2 and 2000e-3; (2) violation of Connecticut’s Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFE-PA”), Conn.
