ARTERTON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Janet Pascal claims that her former employer, Storage Technology Corp. (“StorageTek”), subjected her to a hostile work environment and discriminated against her on the basis of her sex and age and then retaliated against her for complaining about this treatment, by reassigning her accounts to younger male representatives, putting her on a Performance Improvement Plan (“PIP”) and then terminating her on January 13, 1998 after she failed to meet her sales quota.
