This is an appeal by plaintiffs, Jonathan E. Foust and Pamela Foust, from a summary judgment entered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendants on plaintiffs’ claim for intentional tort.
On December 2, 1992, plaintiffs filed a complaint against defendants, Magnum Restaurants, Inc. (“Magnum”), and Kevin Hastings, alleging that defendants had engaged in intentional, wanton and willful actions which resulted in injuries to plaintiff Jonathan E. Foust (“Foust”).
