Plaintiffs American Benefit Life Insurance Company and Louis J. Roussel bring this action against the above named Defendants alleging that the Defendants, in their capacities as officers and directors of United Founders Life Insurance Company, tortiously interfered with Plaintiffs’ rights to the ownership of approximately 3.9 million dollars worth of United Founders’ common stock.
