This is a products liability action for breach of warranty brought by Gordon J. Rome (Rome) against Kelly Springfield Tire Company (Kelly Springfield), a manufacturer and distributor of motor vehicle tires. After lengthy deliberations, a jury in the trial court found a verdict for Rome and awarded him damages in the amount of $79,918.52, the exact amount of Rome’s lost wages and medical expenses shown by the evidence. The trial court, upon Kelly Springfield’s motion, held that this verdict was contrary to the law and the evidence, and entered a final judgment in favor of Kelly Springfield. We…
