These appeals, consolidated under the Act of June 11,1935, P. L. 301, are from orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, discharging rules, granted upon petition of appellants in accordance with the Act of March 5, 1925, P. L. 23, raising the question of jurisdiction over the persons of appellants. The plaintiffs, the Farmers Trust Company and Mrs. Mary Stine, were unsecured creditors of Laura E.
