— This matter is before the court upon preliminary objections of defendant, Elsa Maxwell, who has been joined with Bulletin Company, a corporation, and Hearst Publishing Company, Inc., in an action for libel brought by H. Sher*82wood Tierney, father of Gene Tierney, a famous and well-known movie actress.
