OPINION

BAILEY, Judge.

Case Summary

Terrance D. Bonner appeals his conviction of Resisting Law Enforcement as a Class A misdemeanor. We reverse.

Issue

Facts and Procedural History

On June 7, 2002, a white GMC truck ran a red light in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Officer Richard Hutson of the Fort Wayne Police Department saw the truck run the light, and initiated a traffic stop.
