SULLIVAN, Justice.

On June 14,1995, defendant Terrance Mit-chem was charged with the following: Mur der, 1 a class A felony; Burglary, 2 a class B felony; three counts of Attempted Murder, 3 two counts of Rape, 4 and one count of Criminal Deviate Conduct, 5 all class A felonies. On December 11, 1995, the defendant was found guilty of all Counts, except for Burglary. Defendant was ordered to a total prison term of 90 years. Defendant contends he was erroneously convicted based upon an inadequate jury instruction and claims that his sentence was improperly enhanced. We affirm the trial court.
