THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) the United States’ Sentencing Memorandum, filed April 5, 2012 (Doc. 149)(“USA Memorandum”); and (ii) the Defendant’s Sentencing Memorandum and Objections and Comments to the Presentence Report, filed May 1, 2012 (Doc. 151)(“Objections”).
