MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) the United States’ Sentencing Memorandum and Recommendation, filed January 20, 2012 (Doc. 200)(“USA Sentencing Memorandum”); and (ii) the Defendant’s Objections to Presentence Report, filed March 15, 2012 (Doc. 203-l)(“Objections”). The Court held a sentencing hearing on May 23, 2012.
