In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Connie Emilio appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bernstein, J.), dated October 22, 1991, as denied her motion *462for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against her.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, the complaint is dismissed insofar as it is asserted against the appellant, and the action against the remaining defendants is severed.
