HENLEY, Chief Justice.

This is an action by a domestic employee against her employer for damages for personal injuries suffered as a result of a stumble and fall at the place of employment. Verdict and judgment were for *98plaintiff in the amount of $15,000. On an appeal to the Kansas City Court of Appeals that court reversed the judgment of the trial court, holding that plaintiff had failed to make a submissible case.
