LEEDY, Judge.
We adopt with some modification portions of the divisional opinion in this case, which opinion recites that it similarly adopted portons of an earlier one prepared in, but rejected by, the division (I). Quotation marks are omitted.
The action is one for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, an employee of defendant F. W. Woolworth Company, on account of the alleged negligence of said defendant company and its manager, defendant Richard M.
