COLEMAN, Circuit Judge.
John B. Vreeland, doing business as Blair-Vreeland, petitions for review of Federal Power Commission Opinion and Order No. 724, dated March 18, 1975. On the ground that the gas had been sold to Tennessee, the Commission ordered Vreeland to discontinue intrastate natural gas sales from wells numbered 1 and 2, DCRC Section 204, Santa Anna Garcia Survey, A — 1845, Duval County, Texas; directed that Vreeland must sell the gas from those wells to Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company for interstate transmission; and ordered Vreeland to prepare “either a restitution plan or a report…
