This was a suit on account against the Doyles and their wives, as partners doing business under style of W. P. Doyle & Co., in which it was charged that partnership assets were used to purchase property the title to which was fraudulently taken in the individual names of the wives.

The original bill was filed on October 18, 1930, against W. P. Doyle and wife, Margaret Doyle, C. L. Ridley, Jr., and wife, Adele M. Ridley, residents of Davidson county, and John Doyle and wife, Rosa Doyle, then nonresidents of Tennessee, in which it was alleged that W. P. and John Doyle were brothers, engaged in…
