MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBINSON, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff James Anderson (“plaintiff’) filed a complaint against defendant Frederick Ford Mercury, Inc. (“defendant”), alleging that defendant engaged in unlaw ful conduct during the course of a retail car transaction. More specifically, plaintiff contends that defendant’s conduct violated: (1) the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq. (count IX); (2) the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (“ECOA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1691 et seq. (count II); (3) the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. (count IV); and…
