Neill v. McGinn

Plaintiff and appellee Jeanne Neill brought this action in the district court for Douglas County, for the converting, demolishing, and wrecking of a 1953 Buick automobile owned by her.

Plaintiffs petition, which was filed July 28, 1955, alleged that Harold Mangen and Arthur McGinn, both minors 14 years of age, converted the car to their own use on or about October 11, 1954; that they demolished and wrecked the car; and that its reasonable market value before the loss was $2,800, and its salvage value $150.
