Plaintiffs filed this lawsuit on November 7, 2002, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of their constitutional rights pursuant to the Fifth, Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, for deprivation of the right to due process, the imposition of involuntary servitude and retaliation for having accessed the courts (Docket No. 1).
