Under the provisions of our general statutes, which furnish a special procedure for the adjudication of rights to the use of water for irrigation, the district court of Fremont county in April, 1887, rendered a decree whereby it established such priorities in Water District No. 12. This determination, ■under our laws, is designated a decree, and it consists of separate and distinct clauses or adjudications, one for each of the ditches or canals in the water district to which a priority was awarded.
