Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered January 21, 1994, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

On April 8, 1993, someone entered Nancy Slater’s apartment at 20 Conklin Avenue in the City of Binghamton, Broome County, and took her bicycle, camera and camera bag.
