ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

The Plaintiffs, Juan Signori and Gianinna P. Morzaon, have sued the present owner of their home mortgage, Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”). Fannie Mae took ownership of the Plaintiffs’ mortgage through an assignment from the initial lender. Fannie Mae arranged with Seterus, Inc. to service the Plaintiffs’ mortgage.
