Appellants Linda Morrison and Vanessa Gomez (“Morrison” and “Gomez”) and cross-appellant Conrad Carmona Sr. (“Carmona”) appeal the bankruptcy court’s denials of their cross-motions for summary judgment in an order dated April 23, 2009.
