Everett Brakeman was convicted in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico on two counts of being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition, one count of possession with intent to distribute less than five grams of methamphetamine, and one count of carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug-trafficking crime.
