delivered the opinion of the Court..The appellant in this case conducts a life insurance business in Baltimore City. On or about April 20th, 1925, Clarence W. FoKwell, its soliciting agent, received from Earl W. Otto, an infant, an application for a five hundred dollar twenty year endowment insurance policy on his life in favor of his mother Margie Otto-, and at the same time received from him fifty-eight cents in payment of the first week’s premium to become due on the policy when issued.
