Mrs. L. A. Joiner sued C. M. Joiner, her former husband, and others, seeking recovery of one-half of all property, real and personal, acquired during their marriage, that was owned and possessed on September 7, 1933, the date of the dissolution of the marriage by divorce. The city of Ardmore, Okla., was the domicile of the parties at the time of the transactions involved.
