This action arises from the foreclosure of real property in the City of Southfield, Michigan, owned by Plaintiff Michelle Hart (“Plaintiff’). In a Complaint filed on May 29, 2009, Plaintiff alleges that Defen dant Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (“Defendant”) promised that it would review Plaintiffs mortgage for modification when it had no intention of assisting Plaintiff.
