SAYLOR, District Judge.
This dispute arises out of a government program to promote the modification of home mortgage loans to avoid foreclosure. Defendant Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., acting as servicer for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), participates in the Home Affordable Modification Program, a federal program designed to reduce foreclosures.
