ALAIMO, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Susan A. Clark, has brought the present sexual harassment action, seeking damages under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and state law. Currently before the Court are two motions for summary judgment by Defendant, Johnson Controls World Services, Inc. (‘World Services”).
