BILLINGS, Judge:
Robert J. Debry (“Debry”), 1 appeals from an order granting partial summary judgment in favor of Graystone Pines Homeowners’ Association (“Graystone”), limiting Debry’s attorney fees to the amount set in the parties’ contingency fee agreement. Graystone cross-appeals, claiming the court improperly awarded prejudgment interest to Debry. We reverse and remand.
