The appellant, Montana Contractors’ Association, appeals from an order of the Lewis and Clark County District Court granting respondents’ motion for summary judgment.

We affirm.

The issue on appeal is whether the District Court correctly interpreted Section 15-70-101(4), MCA.

There is no substantial dispute about the facts in this case.
