CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.
After a jury returned a guilty verdict against Frank Santoro for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), the district court adopted the Presentence Investigation Report (PSR) and sentenced Santoro to 96 months’ imprisonment.
