After a bench trial, Michael Griffin was convicted of one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On appeal, Griffin challenges the district court’s denial of a motion to suppress, the sufficiency of the evidence, a two-level enhancement under Sentencing Guideline § 2D1.1(b)(1) for possession of a dangerous weapon, the district court’s refusal to reduce his sentence for his allegedly having played a minor role in a drug conspiracy under Sentencing Guideline § 3B1.2, and the district court’s calculation of the…
