This case involves alleged breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty arising out of an agreement to license and operate certain sugar cane processing systems. Jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (West Supp.1992). This matter proceeded to a trial before the Court. The only remaining Defendant at the time of trial is Scott Marshall.
