Petitioner Colorado National Bank (the Bank) and cross-petitioner Don Friedman (Friedman) petition from the court of appeals opinion in Friedman v. Colorado National Bank of Denver, 825 P.2d 1033 (Colo.App.1991). The court of appeals found, among other things, that the Bank breached a contract with Friedman in bad faith, but that Friedman was not permitted to recover damages for lost profits as a result of the breach.
