Appeal from District Court, Oklahoma County; J. G. Lowe,, Judge. Eudolph Tegler was convicted of murder, and appeals. On the 11th day of April, 1908, Eudolph Tegler, the defendant, after having been indicted and tried, was by the judgment and sentence of the Thirteenth judicial district court of the state of Oklahoma adjudged guilty of the crime of murder, and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary lor the term of his natural life.
