Appeal from District Court, Tulsa County; L. M. Poe, Judge. John Farmer was convicted of manslaughter, and he appeals. On the 30th day of March, 1910, appellant was convicted in the district court of Tulsa county of the offense of manslaughter in the first degree, and his punishment was assessed at confinement in the penitentiary at hard labor for a period of seven years. Appeal from District Court, Tulsa County; L. M. Poe, Judge. John Farmer was convicted of manslaughter, and he appeals. On the 30th day of March, 1910, appellant was convicted in the district court of Tulsa county of the offense of manslaughter in the first degree, and his punishment was assessed at confinement in the penitentiary at hard labor for a period of seven years. Appellant attempted to appeal. The transcript of the record and ease-made were not filed in this court until the 18th day of November, 1910. Appeal dismissed.
