In this original proceeding in prohibition, the petitioner, West Virginia National Auto Insurance Company, Inc., challenges the November 16, 2007, order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia, dismissing the respondent, John A. Yanchek, from the underlying action for lack of personal jurisdiction.
