The Petitioner, William A Allen (hereinafter “the Petitioner”), seeks a writ of prohibition against the Honorable Thomas A. Be-dell, Judge of the Circuit Court of Harrison County. By order entered April 13, 1994, the lower court denied the Petitioner’s motion to suppress the State’s introduction of the results of a blood alcohol test administered upon the Petitioner by the United Hospital Center (hereinafter referred to as “UHC”).
