This original proceeding is before this Court upon the petition of Progressive Classic Insurance Company asking this Court to prohibit the enforcement of the February 11, 2009, order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia. Pursuant to that order, the Circuit Court denied Progressive’s motion to set aside contempt and various sanction orders arising from Progressive’s failure to respond to a subpoena duces tecum.
