Appellant KC Cunningham filed this lawsuit against attorney Mike Tarski and the law firm of Curran Tomko Tarski, LLP (collectively, “Tarski”) for negligent misrepresentation and assisting, participating in, and conspiring to commit shareholder oppression and breach of fiduciary duties.
