HIGGINSON, Circuit Judge:

Dr. Madhwa Raj, a professor of biochemistry and obstetrics and gynecology at Louisiana State University (“LSU”), appeals the district court’s dismissal of his' complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted. • We find that sovereign immunity bars Raj’s claims under state law; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and § 1985.
