Plaintiff-Appellant Gloria Wiggins appeals pro se the district court’s grant of Defendant-Appellee Louisiana State University, Healthcare Services Division’s (“LSU-HCSD”) Motion to Dismiss. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
This case arises out of a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action filed by Wiggins against LSU-HCSD.
