ESCHBACH, Senior Circuit Judge.

Sam T. Coston was discharged from his position as Operations Manager of Plitt Theatres, Inc. (“Plitt”), and brought an action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”). After a trial the jury found that Plitt had willfully violated the ADEA, and the district judge awarded liquidated damages, backpay, and attorney’s fees. He denied reinstatement and front pay.
