JACOBS, Justice.

The defendants-below, who are the Department of Health and Social Services of the State of Delaware (“DHSS”) and Diane Gadow (“Gadow”), appeal from an interlocutory order of the Superior Court denying their motion to dismiss the complaint on limitations grounds. DHSS and Gadow argued to that Court that the action brought by the plaintiff, Joyce Parker (“Parker”), was time-barred.
