Proceedings on certiorari to review the orders of the Superior Court in and for the county of Contra Costa, adjudging the petitioners, Lezinsky and Mason, guilty of contempt of said court, and punishing them therefor by fine. The facts are these: In a certain action pending in said Superior Court, the plaintiff therein served a notice upon the defendants therein that the deposition of the petitioner John Mason would be taken at a certain time and place before a certain notary public.
