McKEAGUE, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Andrew Scadden had an altercation with his tenant that caused the tenant to call the police. Defendants—three officers working for the City of Warren, Michigan—responded to the call and arrested Scadden, who ultimately pled guilty to three charges related to the incident. Later, Scadden brought this suit alleging, in part, that the officers used excessive force when arresting him.
