This sex discrimination case is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
BACKGROUND
Plaintiff began working for Defendant in 1982 as a collections clerk, and was later promoted to collections manager. She was collections manager for three years, supervising from five to eighteen employees. In 1987 Defendant restructured the collections department and Plaintiffs title became Customer Financial Services Manager.
